Our core business is to advance to the U.S. and global markets competitive products and to participate in their success in those markets.
We do not merely provide consulting and planning assistance, instead, we execute the client’s plans, build sales networks, recruit staff, place sales and deliver professional management of the effort and/or newly established sales channel.
Fees for this program are based on a combination of retainer fees and profit participation, we expect to generate the majority of our returns from the success of the products that we help bring to market. Consequently, the ultimate objective is always the profitable and continuing sales of the client’s products.
Where appropriate, we can help raise venture capital, assist in the identification and acquisition of appropriate US corporate targets and provide initial management support.
