CTD International (Capital Technology Diversification International) is an Ohio limited liability company affiliated with 5iTech and Marchmont Capital.

“We are thrilled to have Robert join the CTD Board,” said CTD’s CEO, Leon Polott.

“Kendrick and I enjoyed working with the Under Secretary at the US-Russia Innovation Council on High Technology and we look forward to working with him and garnering his skills and expertise to help us bring new technological solutions to solve salient social, economic and technical problems.

Robert Cresanti has over a decade of experience in technology, banking, securities and privacy law.

In addition, Mr. Cresanti has substantial experience with intellectual property. Mr. Cresanti was also the highest deciding official in the US Government for patent disputes between Federal agencies and the inventors that were employed by the Government.

As the head of the Technology Administration Cresanti led a team of almost 3000 staff to maximize the competitiveness and innovation of the U.S. government and the technology industry. As Under Secretary, he co-chaired the Committee on Technology and the Interagency Working Group on Manufacturing R&D within the President's National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).

In addition to his government experience, Mr. Cresanti most recently served as Managing Director of Ocean Tomo and Chief Executive of Ocean Tomo's affiliate Intellectual Property Exchange Chicago, LLC ("IPX Chicago"). He has also held senior executive and legal positions with the two premier technology trade associations in Washington. Earlier in his career, he served as Staff Director for the Senate Special Committee on the Year 2000 Technology Problem. His experience in writing banking and securities legislation for the House and Senate Banking Committees allowed him to rise to the position of the position of Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Financial Services and Technology for the Senate Banking Committee and ultimately to serve as the Staff Director of the Senate Y2K Committee.

Mr. Cresanti received his B.A. degree from Austin College and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.

Robert brings a tremendous wealth of technology focused international experience in government and business to the CTD Board,” stated Polott.
