The Advisory Board acts as an advice giving body to the Company. Advisory board members are encouraged to act a advisors, directors, investors and/or management of 5iTech subsidiaries as well. |

Thomas M. Forman |

A senior executive with over 30 years of extensive corporate management experience in a wide range of enterprises and industries. Mr. Forman has served in leadership positions in both public and private companies, large brand-name multi-national entities as well as smaller companies and start-ups. Tom has hands on experience negotiating corporate transactions and strategic planning on an international level. |

Alexander M. Sergeev, Ph.D. |

Dr. Sergeev is the Director of the Division for Nonlinear Dynamics and Optics and the Vice director of the Institute of Applied Physics (“IAP”) of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Nizhnii Novgorod. He won a Russian State prize in 1999 for his pioneering work in optical coherence tomography. He is one of the founders and president of Imalux Corporation, a US start-up established to commercialize an optical coherence tomography device, developed by Sergeev’s team at the IAP. |
